BPro Flow Audit
While working at Groupon, I helped begin a re-design project for the Breadcrumb Pro Point of Sale system. The goal was to clean up user flows and maintain consistent (and understandable) language and visual cues throughout the POS. A large part of this meant delving thoroughly into current flows to look for both quick fixes and long term goals. While I left before work was done by the team to improve these flows, they served as the jumping off point for my team.
